Initial projet was started at IntRoLab. Over time, IntRoLab developed multiple embedded modules for its own mobile robot platforms. All modules are connected through a shared CAN (Control Area Network) bus to form a distributed network of sensors and actuators that are used on advanced platforms such as the [[AZIMUT]] robot.
