Description[edit]

RHIS is a Real-Time Human Identification System using human metrology and anthropometry to measure body dimensions on a mobile platform. This implementation enables fast and robust body measurement of moving or static human. To achieve real-time, the system use a threadpool which is configurable in process and quantity to permit configuration depending on the platform intention. RHIS is published under the terms of the GNU General Public License.

Applications[edit]

There are many possible applications in human identification and robotics. This system use soft biometrics to reduce search time and optimize human identification based on hard biometrics. Couple with face, voice, gait or any other biometrics, this system can augment the confidence rate for a human identification system and greatly reduce search time in database with fast to extract and small dimensionnality data.
